1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Platinum Elite Consultants LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 1449 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60605. By engaging our credit repair services, signing a service agreement, or providing your mobile telephone number, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. SMS Alerts Program

Program Description

The Platinum Elite Consultants Credit Repair SMS Alerts program sends service-related text messages to clients who have provided express written consent. Messages are sent exclusively in connection with your active credit repair engagement and include:

• Service updates and credit repair progress notifications
• Appointment reminders and confirmation messages
• Dispute status updates (submissions, responses, resolutions)
• Requests for documents or information needed to advance your case
• Account activity alerts and important deadline notices

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the stage of your credit repair engagement. You may receive more messages during active dispute periods and fewer during monitoring phases. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.

Rates and Fees

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Platinum Elite Consultants LLC does not charge for SMS messages; however, your carrier's standard messaging rates apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

3. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, after which no further messages will be sent to that number.

Opting out of SMS communications does not cancel your credit repair service agreement or affect any ongoing dispute work. We will continue to communicate with you via email or other agreed-upon methods. To re-enroll in SMS alerts after opting out, contact us directly at info@platinumelite.net.

5. Consent to SMS Communications

By providing your mobile telephone number and signing a service agreement with Platinum Elite Consultants LLC, you provide express written consent to receive autodialed or manually dialed text messages at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any services.

You represent that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to receive messages at the phone number provided, and that you are at least 18 years of age.

6. Credit Repair Services

Platinum Elite Consultants LLC provides credit repair consulting services in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We dispute inaccurate, erroneous, or unverifiable information on your behalf with credit reporting agencies pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.

Important Notice: You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with credit bureaus free of charge. You are not required to engage a credit repair organization to dispute inaccurate information.

We do not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on the nature of items disputed, credit bureau responses, and other factors beyond our control. Any representations about potential results are examples only and not guarantees of individual outcomes.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Platinum Elite Consultants LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services or SMS communications, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients of material changes via email or SMS.
